Kimberly Ruiz Beck is the eldest daughter of Ruiz Foods Chairman and Co-Founder, Frederick R. Ruiz. She has an MA in Administrative Leadership from Fresno Pacific University and a BS in Marketing from California State University, Fresno. Kim is Vice Chairman and Corporate Secretary of Ruiz Foods and is also a member of the Ruiz Foods Board of Directors. Since completing her BS degree in 1987, Kim has held a number of Sales and Marketing positions at Ruiz Foods, including Vice President of Marketing and Executive Vice President of Product Development. During this time, Kim helped drive the Company's annual sales figures from approximately $40 million in 1987 to approximately $400 million in 2006. In 2001, with her sister and two brothers, Kim formed Ruiz Generation 3 (RG3); a partnership developed specifically for the future growth of Ruiz Foods. In October 2003, Kim worked with White House and Secret Service personnel to facilitate a visit by President George W. Bush to the Ruiz Foods facility in Dinuba, California. Approximately 1,800 people attended the event, at which President Bush addressed the American people on numerous domestic and international issues and introduced his administration's Minority Home Ownership Initiative. Kim is an active member of many civic and business committees. In addition, as the mother of three energetic boys, she is also involved in supporting a variety of school and sporting activities:
