Lee Winslett is a Vice President and Fund Manager for Wells Fargo Bank's Community Investment Department, responsible for the Wells Fargo's CRA-related private equity investment portfolio which includes investments in commercial real estate, private equity funds, and financial intermediaries that promote affordable housing and/or small business lending and investment. Prior to assuming this role, Mr. Winslett has held a variety of positions at Wells Fargo in its commercial and real estate lending areas.

Mr. Winslett is a frequent speaker at various conferences on affordable housing and economic development. He is actively involved in the non-profit community, serving as a board member on several housing and economic development related non-profits. He also serves on the Advisory Board of several private equity investment funds.

Mr. Winslett graduated from UCLA and has been in commercial banking for 15 years.
