Recognizing the critical need for capital today by small business owners, Pacific Community Ventures (PCV) is presenting the Raising Capital Workshop to entrepreneurs in the greater Bay Area. PCV’s mission is to create jobs and economic opportunity in lower-income communities through programs that actively support the growth of the small business community.
Throughout the day experts from the fields of accounting, alternative financing sources, angel investing, commercial lending, law, mezzanine finance and private equity will provide entrepreneurs with the framework needed to obtain growth capital in today’s difficult economic climate. The program has been designed to equip entrepreneurs with the knowledge, resources and tools to successfully facilitate discussions with prospective financing sources.
