She also supports in tracking PCV\u2019s operational and impact goals as Chief of Staff to the CEO.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before joining PCV, Anna was with University Neighborhood Housing Program (UNHP) where she structured and evaluated programs aimed at advancing housing security, economic opportunity, and financial stability for Bronx residents. In 2020, Anna worked as a summer associate at the Global Impact Investing Network (The GIIN).\u00a0 As part of The GIIN\u2019s Impact Measurement and Management team, Anna worked alongside the International Labour Organization (ILO) and 40+ other impact investing stakeholders on foundational research, analysis, and metrics development for several IRIS+ impact themes. Anna also has experience evaluating social enterprises in the Philippines as a graduate fellow and evaluating education programs in Guinea as a Peace Corps volunteer.
