Cindy Kaczmarek

Cindy is a Certified Professional Coach who specializes in helping companies tackle their biggest people issues while delivering practical Human Resources stuff that moves the business forward. Employing five pillars of structure, process, talent development planning, employee relations, and leadership coaching, she rapidly engages with clients to create lasting results.
Cindy offers her clients a “billion dollar experience”. Having worked for iconic, multi-billion dollar Canadian businesses, a global company, boutique consulting firms, small businesses, and the public sector, she adapts the most practical solutions to fit individual company needs.
She holds a certificate from the College of Executive Coaching as a Certified Professional Coach, a certificate in Organizational Development from DePaul University in Chicago, a Master`s Degree in Social Work from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor`s Degree in Social Work from Niagara University, NY.
Cindy is also a volunteer Business Advisor for PCV’s Business Advising program. She currently advises three entrepreneurs. In the first year of their relationship, one of her advisees has grown her business by over 70%, significantly increased profits, and built an exceptionally talented team. One advisee reported that she felt like she “hit the advising lottery!”; another shared that Cindy has been the catalyst for getting their projects jump-started and on the right track.
She was the Chairperson of the Board of Directors and member of the Governance Committee for Dress for Success Vancouver, a global charity supporting the advancement of economically-disadvantaged women re-entering the workforce. During her tenure as Chairperson, she led increased stakeholder engagement, a 53% increase in revenue, and transformed the operations during an Executive Director transition. Cindy was also a panel speaker and mentor for the Minerva Foundation, Women Helping Women program.
Cindy hails from Canada. She moved to the Bay Area from Vancouver, British Columbia in 2014. Northern California has become home for Cindy, her husband and their German Shepherd Dog, Dino. For the many visiting friends and family, Cindy is known as the Chief Experience Officer recognized for curating unique California vacation experiences. She also enjoys running, golf, good wine & food, and helping under-served populations become the best that they can be.
