Director, Business Advising
As Director of Business Advising at Pacific Community Ventures, Natalia leads PCV’s business mentorship program to help loan recipients and other businesses in underserved areas flourish and benefit their communities. She also cultivates relationships with our community of partners so that the Business Advising program impact can expand its reach and impact.
Natalia is a mission-driven leader with a proven track record of growing both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Most recently as Director of Strategy for Town Kitchen, she built new partnerships that allowed the organization to create more good jobs for local youth. Prior to that she served as Head of Community Growth & Marketing for One Degree, where she created new growth strategies and partnerships that doubled the client base and community impact of the nonprofit’s tech-driven platform. An entrepreneur herself, Natalia’s business experience includes co-founding two small businesses in her native Bolivia and a venture-backed biometrically customized shoe company in the United States.
Natalia holds a BS in Financial Engineering from Universidad Privada Boliviana and an MBA from the Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester where she attended as a William E. Simon fellow. She is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, English and conversational in German.
