As one of the Credit Analysts of Pacific Community Ventures’ loan fund, Taylor works with the lending team to underwrite small business loans and support entrepreneurs in creating strong jobs in their community.
Before coming to PCV, Taylor was in the Peace Corps Community Economic Development Program in Peru where she developed a background in entrepreneurship and financial literacy. Taylor used grassroots methodologies to coach students and teachers on sparking innovation and economic growth at the local level. Previously she worked for America Solidaria Uruguay in program development focused on youth leadership of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Taylor graduated with a B.A. in Psychology and minors in Human Evolutionary Biology and Spanish from Harvard College. She is interested in creating and employing strategies that promote equity and economic justice. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, sailing, brewing beer, and visiting every In N Out location along the western seabord.
