Over the past decade, our research projects and client engagements have helped define and build the field of impact investing; we have become a leading statewide community development financial institution (CDFI) in California specializing in micro and small-business restorative lending; and scaled a nationwide mentorship platform for underestimated small business owners. The CLO will also oversee our national Business Advising mentorship platform for underestimated entrepreneurs. Our audiences and clients include small business owners across the United States, volunteer business experts; leading foundations and impact investors; other CDFIs; and policymakers at all levels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why You&#8217;re Needed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>PCV has doubled its revenue, and tripled our loan portfolio in the last five years, to meet the needs of entrepreneurs who have been underserved across California \u2013 the 4<sup>th<\/sup> largest economy in the world \u2013 whether urban or rural, coastal or tribal; and to support them across the U.S. Changing market conditions have made the roles of social impact investors and partners even more critical to allow us to keep capital affordable for our clients, provide high quality and culturally competent mentorship, build in translation services, and deeply partner with community partners closest to their entrepreneurs. Coordinate with development team any necessary grant proposal and reporting information to funders.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity and proven track record of engaging and closing impact investors, DAFs, family offices; managing PCV\u2019s placement on key wealth management platforms highly valued<\/li>\n<li>Lead and manage PCV\u2019s Aeris rating \u2013 experience managing and getting a CDFI or fund Aeris rated highly desired;
