Why? A great job description flows from first clarifying your unique hiring goals. What new or similar skills do you need for the business? And if you&#8217;re open to entry-level employees, what kind of mentorship will they need from you? According to Sadie, &#8220;when a candidate reads your job description, they should learn who you are and what it&#8217;s like to work at your company.
