Success Stories

Fogcutter Catering

“In the year I was working with PCV I doubled my full-time staff and grew my business by almost 200%. “

Launch Site

Fogcutter Catering’s co-founders Guillermo Perez and Caroline Hummer met in 2010, while they were both working on one of San Francisco’s first gourmet food trucks. In 2011 they launched their own food truck, and have been partners in crime ever since, launching Fogcutter Catering shortly after. As their business began to grow, the duo — who had extensive experience in restaurants and events, needed some help to figure out how that growth could be made sustainable. So they came to us!

The past year was a big year for Fogcutter Catering. They were expanding rapidly and as they grew Caroline had a harder and harder time identifying which parts of her job she needed to keep doing, and which she could delegate. We paired her with advisor Tanya Patrella who helped her change the way she looked at her role as a business owner, and made growth and improvement her top priority.

“With my advisor’s help, I was able change the way I looked at my role as a business owner, and make growth and improvement my top priority,” Caroline said. “In the year I was working with her I doubled my full-time staff and grew my business by almost 200%. I can’t recommend Tanya and PCV Business Advising enough!”

Thank you for the endorsement Caroline, but you’re the real star here!
