As artificial intelligence reshapes our economy, the opportunity to build a future that works for all has never been greater, but only if we act intentionally. Recent research highlights that AI’s impact is not predetermined: it can either exacerbate inequality or expand opportunity. Embedding inclusion into investment strategies, policy frameworks, and local economic ecosystems ensures that AI uplifts small businesses, community innovators, and underserved groups.

Equally important is centering on the voices of the communities most affected.
