Raymond Ko

Ray Ko joined Pacific Community Ventures as the Associate Director of Lending in August 2024, bringing with him nearly 17 years of experience in the financial lending industry, spanning global banking organizations and local startups. With a deep expertise in low to moderate income lending, affordable housing, CDFI financing, and small business lending, Ray is committed to developing impactful solutions for communities in need. His extensive leadership experience is complemented by the positive impact he has made on countless individuals and communities throughout his career.

Over the past decade, Ray has been a strong advocate for process automation, implementing numerous strategies to increase efficiency in lending operations. His proven ability to lead lending teams to meet and exceed challenging goals under demanding timelines has been a key factor in his success.

Ray is passionate about fostering a productive, inclusive, and positive work environment, encouraging each team member to reach their full potential and contribute to the organization’s success.
