Aben Hill joined PCV as Chief Lending Officer in December 2025. Aben brings 15 years of experience in small business leading transformative lending strategies, most recently serving as Chief Lending Officer at Rivermark Community Credit Union, in Beaverton, Oregon, where he led all lending and operations for mortgage, consumer, and commercial real estate, including insurance and collection. 

Aben also brings experience as a business consultant supporting Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) with strategic planning and lending workflow optimization where he championed equitable access to capital through innovative lending programs and his involvement in the Underwriting for Racial Justice pilot initiative sponsored by the Beneficial State Foundation. His thought leadership has been featured in BAI’s Monthly Executive Report. 

Previously, Aben was Senior Vice President at California Bank & Trust, overseeing Northern California’s Business Banking division and branch network where he implemented sales and operational improvements that delivered five consecutive years of double-digit lending and revenue growth. 

In addition to his executive roles, Aben teaches Organizational Behavior and Leadership courses as an adjunct professor at California Science & Technology and Golden Gate University, where he earned the 2016 Distinguished Lecturer Award for Excellence in Teaching. 

He has held leadership positions on numerous boards, including Board Chair of Nor-Cal FDC, President-elect of Enterprise for Employment & Education, and advisory roles with UNCF and the Urban Financial Services Coalition. 

Aben holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Potomac University and an Executive MBA from Golden Gate University, graduating with honors; and is based in Greater Bay Area.
