Cynthia Jackson

Cynthia Jackson serves as a Senior Credit Analyst for PCV, bringing over a decade of underwriting experience. She has a strong track record of analyzing financial statements, assessing risk, and making sound credit decisions. Her background includes residential lending roles at Better and Fremont Bank, as well as experience working with SBA and microloans.. 

More recently, Cynthia worked with Hamilton Families, supporting efforts to provide housing for unhoused individuals and families. In addition, she and her husband have been directly involved in providing affordable housing to low-income and formerly homeless families, giving her a deeper, personal understanding of the challenges many communities face. 

Growing up around family-owned businesses, Cynthia developed a deep appreciation for the vital role small businesses play in strengthening communities. This perspective informs her commitment to expanding access to capital and supporting entrepreneurs, which she brings to her work at PCV to help small businesses in underserved communities grow and succeed. 

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, tennis, painting, photography, and spending time with her family.
