Lal Jones-Bey

Lal Jones-Bey joins Pacific Community Ventures as Chief Financial Officer with extensive experience in nonprofit financial and operations leadership. Most recently, Lal served as Chief Financial and Operating Officer for the national workforce development nonprofit, Merit America, where he led finance, human resources and revenue operations. Prior to Merit America, Lal worked with a range of non-profit and educational organizations including as Chief Operating Officer of The Oakland REACH and in operational leadership roles with charter school organizations KIPP and Making Waves Academy. Lal holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UC Berkeley.
