Navneeth Krishna M is a Senior Manager, Machine Learning & AI at Pacific Community Ventures (PCV), where he builds data and AI systems that help teams move from raw information to clear, timely decisions. His work spans applied machine learning, analytics, and the engineering foundations that make products reliable in real environments, including secure data pipelines, strong data governance practices, and scalable deployment workflows.

Navneeth enjoys turning ambiguous, cross-functional needs into practical software. He builds intelligent data products, LLM-powered workflows, and end-to-end applications, with an emphasis on usability, maintainability, and outcomes that stakeholders can act on. He commonly works with Python, JavaScript, SQL, modern web frameworks, and cloud services.

Navneeth supports data infrastructure assessments for CDFIs, with a focus on practical improvements across architecture, security, and operational efficiency that strengthen data availability and insight delivery. He leads model deployment for decision workflows, including predictive credit risk modeling for nonprofit financial institutions, with attention to scalability, reliability, monitoring, and CI/CD. He also helps conceptualize and refine AI tools such as AIKKA for qualitative data processing, including multilingual use cases and structured tagging and storage for large, diverse datasets.

He holds an M.S. in Computer Engineering from New York University Tandon School of Engineering and a B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering in Bengaluru, India. He is also an AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate and values collaborative teams, crisp communication, and thoughtful engineering.
