We create a Japanese pantry with Miso, Amazake, Shio koji, and Pickling sauce that are based on our hand-crafted, fermented rice “Koji”. The key ingredients of Koji foods are both enzyme rich and super nutritious, so that our pantry helps build a strong immune system. We provide our products to the local restaurants, stores and sell direct to customers at the Ferry Building farmers market, and our Koji Kitchen retail and take-out. These days we also create and sell healthy meals using our own fermented products. We have shared Japanese fermentation wisdom through our products, meals and cooking class since 2013.
