Charles Fisher-Post
Associate Director, Good Jobs Innovation Lab
As Development Manager at Pacific Community Ventures, Charles shares with supporters the impact of PCV’s lending and advising services to small business owners and identifies potential partner organizations that are aligned with PCV’s mission.
Previously, Charles was the Assistant Director of Communications and Development for the School of Leadership Afghanistan, an Afghan-led U.S. nonprofit that founded the first boarding school for girls in Afghanistan. He managed grants worth more than $2.6 million, cultivated a network of more than 2000 friends of the organization, in addition to organizing various educational programs for students in Kabul. He also taught English to international students in South Korea, Saudi Arabia, and Boston.
Charles earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Harvard University, and a master’s in public policy from the Georgetown McCourt School of Public Policy, where he was a McCourt Scholar. Originally from Massachusetts, in his free time he enjoys following the Celtics and exploring parks with his dog.
