Jimena Vargas Pacora

Jimena is a BA Associate, Partner Relations on PCV’s Business Advising team. Equity, inclusion, and accessibility has always been at the forefront of Jimena’s career and she is excited to continue her mission by helping underrepresented and underserved small business owners succeed while maintaining great relations with partner organizations. Prior to joining PCV, Jimena worked at Atlanta’s biggest Latin American organization where she helped hundreds of Spanish speakers have access to their federal benefits. Jimena also worked at a domestic violence shelter where she was their first bilingual advocate. Jimena graduated from the Autonomous University of Barcelona with her Master’s in Social Policy and Community Action and from the University of Georgia with her Bachelor’s in Social Work. In her spare time, she enjoys watching Rupaul’s Drag Race, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.”
