Kara Norris

Kara is the BA Associate, UX & Marketing Communications where she helps to tell the story of our work through social media and by crafting success stories.  She is devoted to assisting our small business owners and advisors in their partnerships, while identifying ways to increase engagement and improve the user experience.

Prior to joining PCV, Kara worked in county government assisting the underserved with government resources to improve their everyday quality of life. She has also worked and volunteered with several nonprofit organizations to serve at-risk youth. Kara graduated from the University of Akron with her Master’s in Public Administration and from Syracuse University with her Bachelor’s in Public Policy and History. In her spare time, she enjoys going for walks with her husband and two daughters, and reading.
