Roundtable Spotlight: Three Babes Bakeshop

San Francisco is home to a handful of pie makers, so finding one that distinguishes itself from the pack is a sight (and taste!) to behold.  Three Babes Bakeshop stands apart from the rest with their commitment to baking “the best pies in America.”

Three Babes uses ingredients and production practices that are mindful of our environment, health and economy.  Anna Derivi-Castellano and Lenore Estrada hail from the Central Valley and are working tirelessly to bring delicious pies to their adoring customer base in San Francisco and throughout the US using organic ingredients sourced from their home-region in Northern California.

We hosted a Strategy Roundtable here at PCV for Three Babes Bakeshop earlier this week to discuss how they can access the capital they need to fund the growth of their business and also how they can find  the right storefront and production facilities as they grow.  The Roundtable was extremely insightful for Anna and Lenore, and presented exciting challenges for the PCV Advisors to tackle.

You can learn more about the Babes and the inspiration behind their amazing pies here.  Also, make sure to click here to get pies delivered right to your door, or visit Three Babes at the farmer’s market at Ferry Building on Saturdays or visit their Potrero Hill kitchen.

If you are in the Bay Area and are interested in a Strategy Roundtable for your business, please sign up today at www.BusinessAdvising.org.
